Is it free?
The ledger is currently free to use while the product is in beta. A payments module is still being built — any change will be announced in advance.
Where is my data stored?
In your account, in a database protected by Row Level Security. Each user can only reach their own ledger — that is enforced by the database itself, not just by the interface.
Can a landlord and tenant share the same property?
Yes. Each uses their own account, but sees the same property according to their role — a tenant sees the bills for their own period, a landlord sees everything.
Does it work for a business with several locations?
Yes. Within one workspace you can track monthly expenses for several locations separately.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. On small screens each bill is shown as its own card with every field visible, so there is no sideways scrolling. It can also be installed to the home screen as a PWA.
What if a meter was replaced?
Enter the new meter's starting value in the previous-reading field and the calculation continues from there.
Can I bring my spreadsheet across?
You can import a JSON backup exported from the app. There is no direct Excel import yet, but months can be entered by hand.
Which languages are supported?
Lithuanian and English. You can switch at any time — amounts and dates are formatted for the language you pick.
